Your paper study will be manufactured fast and cost-effective in our in-house print shop. With this service we shorten the otherwise inevitable waiting period to a few days. Aside from "print on demand", our digital colour printing also offers personalised or even partially pre-filled CRFs. The in-house manufacturing of the CRFs is particularly useful for small studies with 1000 CRFs or less, because the ratio of time and cost is optimal in this case.

The INPADS data-service offers a continuous, reliable and cost-effective data entry of paper-based forms. Your forms are captured automatically via OCR and then the data are reviewed by our data entry employees. This method allows swift and correct capturing not only of forms designed by us, but also your very own forms. The error rate is below 0.1%.

When required, we provide the scan files of the CRFs for convenient look up. No more drowning in piles of paper.

Beside the data entry via OCR system we have also years of expericence in the field of Remote Data Entry (RDE). Thereby we use a eCRF-System that were developed by INPADS. Thus, there are no additional lincense fees. The system allows us to design an online study in the same layout as a paper study. This leads to an intuitive handling and therefore less training effort. Furthermore graphical input assistances (e.g. scales and positioning graphs) can be optimally used . If any issue should arise, our competent User-Help-Desk is at our service.

The combination of data entry on a daily basis and our efficient eCRF system allows you access to the current status of your study. You can download your personalized electronic status reports
